My recent experience was very good here! They did a thorough check of our car and found a safety concern that other dealerships had not alerted us to. The people here are friendly, communicate well, and provide nice loaner cars as needed! Much better experience than other car dealerships!
No one in finance seems to answer their phones, but when you get to the dealership, they're always just standing around doing nothing! They want nothing to with you once they deliver a vehicle and take your deposit. Good luck finding customer service post-purchase.
After a terrible experience at another dealership, I called LaFontaine. Cheryl in customer service was amazing. She was able to get me a straight price without any hoops or non-sense. The dealership was totally transparent. When I went in to purchase my lease they had the paperwork ready to go. The salesperson, Jennifer, was great. She was friendly and professional.
