Only car wash in Dexter, not a bad place, but they use hard water that will leave marks on car if not fully dried off
This little town should consider themselves lucky to have this spot. I drove from AA-Saline to check this spot out. I would like to guess most would seek a spot out like this because garage is too messy to pull car in, don't feel like making a wet mess, no wet dry vacation at home, or just want a quick rinse of rubber mats and a quick vacuum...
I think it was the owner, I don't know. I asked him if he worked there since he was cleaning the machines. He gave me a smart answer " I guess I must be." When I used the bathroom there were no paper towel so I told him that. He barely acknowledged me. He's said "yep that's right." I said "oh I guess you don't care then." He said no, guess not."
What an absolute gem! I didn't go into the laundromat, but I LOVED the car wash. There are not a lot of self serve washes in this area I am finding. I am from the lakeshore, so back in western MI, they are everywhere and can get busy. Here, it's like pay a ridiculous amount for someone else to clean it...or wait in a crazy line for something that isn't even touchless.
Quarter car wash with good pressure and long wash times for the cost.
It'd be nice if the low-time beeper was a little louder but I understand trying to keep the neighbors happy.
Was excited to see an outside wash bay. I don't know how I've never seen it before.. Haha
Timers are fair...yes no spot free, but I did just soap,wax, then low pressure rinse...all on $1.75, I am a happy camper and will be coming back for sure!
